Refund Policy
Our 30-day return policy means that after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make sure we resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: products that show clear signs of use or damage caused by usage or incorrect assembly, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day Cooling-off Period for the European Union
Despite what is stated above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will automatically receive your refund through your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
