FAQ

How do I mount the frame?

Each Slab Hub frame is easy to assemble: just stack the three plexiglass panels in order (back → middle with cutout → front), place the artwork on the base panel, insert your card in a perfect sleeve, and close everything using the 4 screws with rubber washers.

A microfiber cloth is included to clean the plexiglass after assembly.

What is a Slab Hub frame and how is it made?

Each Slab Hub frame is a handcrafted illustration designed to extend the artwork of your slabbed card beyond its borders. Every piece is fully drawn by hand and produced in limited quantities, creating a premium collectible display for your collection.

Is the card included?

No — the card shown in the previews is not included.

You will receive only the frame with artwork.

Do you ship worldwide, and what are the delivery times?

Yes — we ship worldwide.
Delivery times vary depending on your region:

  • Italy: 1–4 days (Express) / 2–6 days (Standard)
  • European Union: 4–7 days
  • International countries: 4–7 days

These are estimated delivery windows and may vary due to customs, holidays, or courier delays.

If your order seems delayed or tracking stops updating, feel free to contact us at slabhubpoke@gmail.com

How long are the standoffs?

Every frame comes with 4 metal standoffs: the two at the top are 3 cm and the two at the bottom are 5 cm, so the frame stands on a desk or shelf with a natural tilt.

Do you offer bundle discounts?

Yes. When purchasing themed sets (duos or trios), you get an additional discount compared to buying each piece individually.
